Josh Krolak - Assistant Producer - 03/06/07
Hi. My name is Josh Krolak and I'm an Assistant Producer here at High Moon Studios. I am an assistant to Brian Johnson, our Senior Technical Producer, and I am also an assistant to our many development teams here at the studio. As a member of the Production Team, it is my responsibility to become very involved with the workflow of our game development to make everyone's job easier.
I help organize team efforts on a daily basis and see that each team has all of their problems resolved immediately. We hold daily meetings each morning where I track how our progress is driving towards our team goals.
I am also responsible to manage and monitor our bug database at the studio. New problems or broken features that are found during production are entered into our bug database. I manage the progress of these issues and see that the appropriate priority is given to each problem.
All in all, my days are filled with great opportunities to help plan and organize to see that we make the best games possible.
